1    Definitions

1.01     SNUG! Homes: SNUG! Homes; snughomes.net; info@snughomes.net; 148 Flood Rd. Westerlo, NY

1.02      Users: persons or business entities including visitors, customers, Retail Providers, and Affiliates, registered with SNUG! Homes

1.03     Affiliates: any person or business entity registered with SNUG! Homes with the intention of displaying advertising material.

1.03.01      Buyers: any person or business entity registered with SNUG! Homes with the intention of buying either Services or Retail Products from SNUG! Homes.

1.03.02      Sellers: any person or business entity registered with SNUG! Homes with the intention of displaying for sale on SNUG! Homes Retail Products for Buyers

1.03.02.01 Retail Providers: any Seller registered with SNUG! Homes with the intention of providing Retail Products for sale on SNUG! Homes

1.03.02.01.01  Retail Products: Any product that is manufactured in large quantities to be sold by businesses

1.03.02.02 Art Providers: any Seller registered with SNUG! Homes with the intention of only providing Artwork Products for sale on SNUG! Homes.

1.03.02.02.01  Artwork Products: Any product that is handmade usually by an individual artist or is an artist’s reproduction of a handmade product. Generally these products are one-of a-kind. Examples of Artwork Products include but are not limited to hand-made furniture, shelving, paintings, drawings, photography, carvings and sculpture

2   SNUG! Homes

2.01     Right of Cancellation of Registration and removal of User added information and products: SNUG! Homes reserves the right to Cancel the registration of any User at any time. SNUG! Homes reserves the right to remove any products, information, or images at any time.

2.02     Images:

2.02.01      Pornography: Pornography is strictly forbidden! Any Users found to have placed, for sale or display, any images deemed to be pornographic will have their SNUG! Homes Registration cancelled immediately. Child pornography will be reported to the authorities immediately.

2.02.02      Quality: All digital images are viewed before being allowed to display on SNUG! Homes. Digital images found to be of poor quality will be denied and a reason for denial will be e-mailed to the User who posted the image in question. SNUG! Homes makes no guarantee that images of products will exactly match the true appearance of the product that the image represents.

2.03     Complaints: Unless specifically stated by SNUG! Homes with direct reference to the product, any complaints should be directed first to the Seller, if the Buyer is still unsatisfied, complaints can then be e-mailed to info@snughomes.net.

2.04     Excessive Complaints: If SNUG! Homes receives excessive complaints about any one User, the User in question will face Cancellation of Registration.

2.05     Information submitted by Users

2.05.01      Images: all images submitted to SNUG! Homes by Users will be considered copyrighted works of the User. SNUG! Homes may apply a digital watermark to images provided by the User to aid in copyright protection. If the images are copyrighted by someone who is not the User, it is the User’s responsibility to be obtain Copyright permissions before submitting images to SNUG! Homes.

2.05.02      Event Calendar: SNUG! Homes makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of events listed in the events calendar.

2.05.03      Classifieds: (coming Soon)

2.05.04      Privacy: SNUG! Homes respects the privacy of it’s Users. No personal information shared with SNUG! Homes will be shared with any person or business not directly associated with SNUG! Homes unless requested lawfully by the User in question or legal authorities.

3   Affiliates

3.01     Content: Affiliates are responsible for the accuracy and quality of their own content.

4   The Buyer

4.01     Sales:

4.01.01      Custom services: it is the Buyer’s responsibility to be sure that the Seller fully understands the requirements of the custom project.

4.02     Shipping: it is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address

5   The Seller

5.01     Sales:

5.01.01      Images: It is the Seller’s responsibility to ensure that any images depicting products for sale by the Seller in question as closely match the actual appearance of the products as possible.

5.01.02      Custom Services: It is the Seller’s responsibility to fulfill any obligations for Custom Services. SNUG! Homes is not responsible for the Seller’s products.

5.02     Shipping: it is the Seller’s responsibility to ship the product in a timely manner

6   Web Hosting

6.01     SNUG! Homes’ Responsibility: SNUG! Homes is not responsible for the content of websites hosted by SNUG! Homes for Users. SNUG! Homes will cooperate with any Legal Authority regarding any Legal issues concerning Websites hosted by SNUG! Homes.
